The Microsoft Campus Agreement (CA)

Who's Covered

  • Academic Departments

    • UVa departments may use the CA to obtain software (including operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Client Access Licenses) for general use on their employees' computers.
  • UVa Faculty & Staff

    • For home use, individual UVa faculty and staff employed in Agency 207 (mostly state-funded academic and administrative units) may use the CA to get a licensed copy of Microsoft Office (for a Mac or a PC).
  • UVa Students

    • All UVa students, except those in Continuing Education, can use the CA to obtain a licensed copy of the Microsoft Office suite (for a Mac or a PC), as well as the Windows Vista operating system, for just $10.
